Christmas Rocky Road with Maple Clusters

The Carman’s take on a classic Aussie Christmas treat!

Ingredients

Method

   Melt chocolate in the microwave at 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth.

   In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Pour over the melted chocolate and mix everything well so all ingredients are coated.

3. 3

   Pour the mixture into a lined baking tin, pressing it down gently to ensure its evenly spread. Sprinkle with some more Maple Crunch Clusters.

4. 4

   Place the tin in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until fully set. Once set, slice into squares and enjoy!
