Fibre Rich Yoghurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yoghurt of your choice
  • 1 (or 2 tbsp) Banana or sweetener of your choice
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Carman’s Pink Lady & Blueberry 5 Grain & Seed Granola

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking time: 4 hours

Looking for a deliciously crunchy & creamy probiotic- packed treat? Our gut loving yoghurt bark combines fresh fruit, your favourite yoghurt and our crunchy fibre rich granola for the perfect anytime treat.

  1. Line a tray with baking paper
  2. If sweetening yoghurt with banana, honey or maple syrup, combine these in a small bowl before spreading the yoghurt evenly over your tray
  3. Sprinkle with blueberries and strawberries then top with cinnamon & Carman’s 5 Grain & Seed Granola
  4. Place in freezer for 3-4 hours until firm
  5. Remove from freezer and cut or snap yoghurt into bark into pieces, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer
Baking Tip

Tip

We suggest using a natural Greek yoghurt which you can naturally sweeten to your taste using a bit of honey or maple syrup, or you can use a flavoured yoghurt
