Mango Smoothie Bowl

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and garnish with pomegranate seeds and extra muesli.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Carman's Natural Apple, Date & Cinnamon Muesli
  • 1 mango, peeled & chopped
  • 1 banana, peeled & chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh tumeric (or 1/2 tsp tumeric powder)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • to serve, pomegranate seeds
  • to serve, Carman's Natural Apple, Date & Cinnamon Muesli
